REIMAGINE FOOD WITH ALL YOU CAN COOK!

Join us to utilise precious ingredients and turn them to creative dishes!

ABOUT US

Food waste remains one of the most pressing challenges in our world today. According to the latest “Monitoring of Solid Waste in Hong Kong” report released by the Environmental Protection Department, in 2023, Hong Kong disposed of up to 3,191 tonnes of food waste daily in landfills —equivalent to the weight of 213 double-decker buses!

HK Electric and Maxim’s Group have always been proactive in promoting environmental protection and waste reduction at source. The two industry leaders are now co-organising the “All You Can Cook!” x “Happy Green Campaign” Culinary Competition, encouraging participants to unleash their creativity by transforming surplus or neglected ingredients into delicious, innovative dishes.

Join us in this meaningful competition to give surplus food a second life, paving the way for a more sustainable future!
